1jz Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1jz platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the 1jz platform through our website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1jz as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. The 1jz platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.
2Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 1jz services, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 1jz shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your login information to a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
You also agree not to share your account, transfer account ownership, or allow any other party to access your account for any reason whatsoever.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 1jz user, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules at all times:
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Providing accurate information during registration and transactions
- Complying with all applicable local laws in Malaysia
- Reporting any technical issues or irregularities through official support channels
- Using bots, automated software or any fraudulent methods
- Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's systems
- Committing payment fraud or money laundering
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without written authorisation
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice. 1jz reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse.
4Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 1jz platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 1jz supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow QR for deposits, as well as bank transfers for withdrawals.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method used. 1jz is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or technical failures beyond our control.
For withdrawals, requests will be processed subject to identity verification and applicable minimum activity requirements. 1jz reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. Should any discrepancy or suspicious activity be detected in relation to a transaction, 1jz reserves the right to place a hold on the payment pending completion of an investigation.
All rebates, bonuses and VIP programme benefits are subject to separate eligibility terms, which can be reviewed in your account section. 1jz reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any offer at any time without prior notice.
5Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 1jz platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1jz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1jz reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by legal authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any compensation. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed at 1jz's discretion following notification to the registered email address.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1jz platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software and code — is the exclusive property of 1jz or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1jz. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 1jz platform may contain references to or information about third-party services such as payment processors. 1jz has no control over the policies or content of such third parties and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services.
6Amendments & Governing Law
1jz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our official website. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1jz platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
